“Logic will get you from A to B.  Imagination will take you everywhere.” – Albert Einstein

In our modern work environment, we generally conform to “linear thinking” based on previously determined assumptions.  We assume certain perceptions, concepts and boundaries which direct us along particular paths.  In 1967, Edward de Bono coined the term “lateral thinking” where solving problems is undertaken by changing the assumptions, reframing the questions and attacking the problem side on.

This two-day innovative LEADWomen training course will provide you with the tools to be a more effective problem solver, give you the confidence to challenge conventions and make breakthroughs.
