Day 2:
Project Context and Stakeholder Management of Expectations

• Project context exercise
• Visualising the stakeholder community
• Stakeholder mapping exercise
• Measuring the level of commitment to the project
• Project Kick-off – Getting to know the team & the project
• Aligning requirements to the scope definition
• Developing a high-performance team
• Working with resistance for positive outcomes
• The science and art of communicating effectively as a female in a male environment

Day 3:
Developing Relationships with Stakeholders & Project Team 

• Common communications barriers and filters
• Motivating the team
• Belbin Social Roles to identify team strengths & weaknesses
• Managing internal and external stakeholders
• Selecting communication methodologies to get your messages across
• Managing vs. Leading
• Situational leadership model
• Resolving conflict 
• Managing risks to deliver a proactive project

Day 4:
Strategies for Estimating & Establishing Baselines 

• Define the scope via a WBS
• Developing time management skills
• Identify the critical path
• Identify and manage available resources
• Project estimation methods
• Creating a project baseline

• Schedule compression techniques 

Day 5:
Stakeholders Rapport Management & Monitoring towards Success 

• Use of position, knowledge, or personal power to maintain rapport
• Achieving and maintaining commitment
• Establishing and maintaining trust
• Monitoring and controlling the Project
• Identifying variances and bringing back on track
• Using earned value management to forecast project needs
• Reporting progress via useful measurement tools
