Too often, leadership is seen as a male role with female leaders being considered as somewhat unusual and their existence regarded as a kind of ‘tokenism’.  However, the evidence from organisations with women leaders and a good ration of women in the C suite shows that women are equally capable as their male counterparts and in some cases more successful.   What is it that makes the women who are in leadership and senior management positions that is in their behaviour and thinking? 

This activity-based 3-day workshop will examine the behaviours that are the core of successful women leaders and senior managers. During the 3-days, the workshop will focus on confidence and esteem building which form the basis of the credible and charismatic woman leader who builds followership.
