• Secrets on how to become an expert in your area so the solutions you offer are valued and implemented
• Tips to help you stand out in the crowd so others notice and remember you
• Fine-tuning all the lovely stuff that makes you attractive in person – your voice, clothes, mannerisms and the way you treat others
• Making a great first impression by connecting with others using empathy
• How to change perceptions of you so they are more positive and respectful
• Crafting an online brand persona that presents you at your authentic best
